Kim Kondo - E-mail
As Founder and President of D'Vine Connections, Kim Kondo offers over 20 years of experience in the meetings and incentives industry. While running her own meeting and incentives company, Mfactor, she saw the need for a good, quality DMC in the Napa and Sonoma Valley and created D'Vine Connections. Today that company is a premier Wine Country DMC because of Kim's philosophy that events can be more memorable, productive and cost effective when a personal touch is applied in just the right places. Prior to this, Kim spent years learning all aspects of the business working for companies such as Rosenbluth Travel, ADI Incentive, Nippon Travel Company and Thomas Cook Travel.

Kim graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Communications and Business. She has a strong passion for education in California and in addition to running her two companies, is actively involved in charity fund raising for San Carlos schools.
Christina Conroy - E-mail
As Director of Operations, Christina Conroy has been with D'Vine Connections since its inception. She has a strong foundation with 10 years of experience, creating motivating corporate events. Her well rounded background in registration and program management gives her the insight needed to ensure that her team, consisting of registration, web and program development, stays focused and is able to produce on-target, out-of-the-box events always staying ahead of the curve. Her team strives to maintain high customer service levels, with a true understanding of their client's goals to continually produce well thought out, one of a kind programs. Christina is a graduate of Holy Names College, with a Bachelor's in Business Administration and an emphasis in Management.
Renee Robertson - E-mail
brings with her over 20+ years of experience in the meeting and incentives industry. Having worked on both the pre-sales and operations sides at several different meeting planning companies in both California and Texas, Renee has been exposed to a wide variety of clients, their needs and budgets and has traveled to 35 different countries. As Purchasing Manager, Renee works directly with our clients to search and find the best venues and activities in relation to their meeting or incentive specifications. She develops the budget and negotiates contracts to ensure the best deal possible. Renee's overall knowledge of the industry and her attention to detail make her a valuable asset to our team.
Katie Ryan - E-mail
has worked in D'Vine Connections's Operations Department for two years. With extensive experience as a registration manager, particularly in the user conference arena, Katie works as one of the integral Account Managers on the D'Vine Connections team. Her prior experience in the hotel industry strengthens Katie's experience as a behind the scenes agent that ensures a top notch program from start to finish. A graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara, with a Bachelor's in Communication and a Minor in Women Studies, Katie uses her education to make sure that every part of the program reflects the client's message to its attendees with consciousness and creativity.
Liane Dutton - E-mail
With 7 years of corporate event management experience to her credit, Liane Dutton brings to D'Vine Connections a forward-thinking approach to meetings and events designed to motivate, reward, and inspire audiences. With a solid background in marketing communications for User Conferences, Liane has implemented innovative tactics in social media and email marketing for some today's most esteemed high-tech companies. Liane is consistently energized by the opportunity to develop successful programs and the strong desire to learn, grow, and generate innovative and creative event solutions. Liane is a Brazilian native, and is bi-lingual.
Misty Lilledahl - E-mail
brings to D'Vine Connections over 6 years of event management experience. Starting as an event coordinator in a boutique third party event company, moving internally to an international recruitment firm, she has a rich background executing a wide variety of events in both domestic and international venues. Coming to D'Vine Connections as an Account Manager, Misty has a comprehensive understanding of every component essential to ensuring a successful event. Misty's warm personality, fine-tuned attention to detail, and passion for excellence guarantee a seamless event experience. Misty graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Communications and a minor in Peace and Conflict Studies.
