With more than 20 years of experience in meetings, incentives, and hospitality, Kim founded D’Vine Connections in 2008 after recognizing the need for a personalized, high-quality DMC in Napa and Sonoma County. Her philosophy is simple: events become unforgettable when thoughtful details, meaningful relationships, and exceptional service come together.

Kim has also spent more than 35 years partnering with Fortune 500 companies to design and deliver award-winning global meetings and incentive programs. Under her leadership, the parent company, MFactor has earned six prestigious SITE Crystal Awards from the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence, reflecting the company’s commitment to innovation, precision, and extraordinary experiences. Kim leads a team of 25 meeting and incentive professionals, setting the standard for excellence in the industry.
