With more than 20 years of experience in meetings, incentives, and hospitality, Kim founded D’Vine Connections in 2008 after recognizing the need for a personalized, high-quality DMC in Napa and Sonoma County. Her philosophy is simple: events become unforgettable when thoughtful details, meaningful relationships, and exceptional service come together. With leadership positions at Rosenbluth Travel, ADI Incentive, Nippon Travel Company, and Thomas Cook Travel, Kim developed a deep understanding of every aspect of the DMC business.
